Several questions concerning the enclosed unconscious, its contents, its organization and its possible changes

Abstract

This article by Jean Laplanche represents an important step, and not only at the heart of the generalized theory of seduction because it attempts to integrate a topography of splitting in the « classical » Freudian topography. Questions are asked about the contents of the enclosed unconscious and of their differences with those of the repressed unconscious as well as concerning its position in the psychic apparatus and its reactualization.
