The interest in the body in psychoanalysis, despite accompanying the first Freudian writings,
seems to acquire metapsychological status in recent decades. Since then, listening to
somatizations requires investigating the biological and erotic constitution of this body, as the
topical, economic and dynamic dimension of the psychic apparatus is considered. Therefore,
to think about a case of somatic decompensation, constituted beyond the processes of
